Search Inside Yourself Certified Teachers are passionate individuals with extensive mindfulness, business, and facilitation experience. They have been trained through a 9-month intensive curriculum from SIYLI.org, and they embody both the depth of practice and the breadth of knowledge that are inherent in the Search Inside Yourself (SIY) program.
SIY, a program originally developed at Google, combines neuroscience with an array of mindfulness practices and emotional intelligence models to enable sustainable high performance, leadership effectiveness and personal well-being. SIY certified teachers have incorporated an interdisciplinary approach incorporating the domains of science, leadership and organizational development, psychology and mindfulness. They are dedicated practitioners and, like SIYLI, seek to make mindfulness and emotional intelligence practical and accessible in their communities.
