As anyone who offers mindfulness to their clients is invited to consider, I have a daily mindfulness practice. This allows me to step back from things and reset my state. For my clients, a mindfulness practice allows them to experiment with the idea that thoughts and feelings are not necessarily facts, appreciating what is actually happening in the moment, and become less judgemental of themselves.

My name is Linda K. Berkeley and I am an Anglo-American BABCP accredited CBT therapist and integrative psychologist. I am highly experienced in working with depression, all types of anxiety, OCD, trauma, substance misuse, trichotillomania and other bodily focused repetitive behaviours, trust issues, eating disorders, personality issues, fear, and anything else you canbring to therapy.

I work with people from all backgrounds and ethnicities and have experience in working with people who have left high-demand organisations (cults), those
on the autistic spectrum, those with learning difficulties, transgendered people, and long-term health conditions.

I can offer short or longer-term work and online therapy. PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE VIRUS CRISIS I AM OFFERING ONLY ONLINE THERAPY VIA SKYPE OR ZOOM.

I am told I am easily approachable, with a ready smile, an optimistic viewpoint, and an enthusiasm for life.
