Greetings. Lin is a curious human being who is interested in the potential of the human mind and life. Her academic background in psychology, social work, counselling, and coaching has allowed her to frame the practice of mindfulness within a practical everyday context. Her experience from working as a psychologist, coach and wildlife guide keeps her connected to the realities of life. She thoroughly appreciates being a mindfulness and MBCT facilitator, trainer, supervisor, and teaches a range of related programs; Finding Peace in a Frantic World, MBCT-L and others. She is grateful to each that she has met and continues to meet. Personal practice is part of her ongoing commitment, and she has a deep interest in approaches which intent to bring together the strengths of ancient wisdom and evidence-based science, to help alleviate suffering and bring about well-being in the community. She is a teaching partner with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and also works free-lance when required. She is happy to serve as a bridge for these mindfulness services so that one and all may benefit, and live life with more ease and potential.
