Hagen helps clients who are stressed, unhappy, anxious, depressed with Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy 1:2:1. Many of his clients struggle with more than one illness. Dr Hagen Rampes qualified as a doctor in 1987 from Edinburgh University Medical School. Hagen was appointed Consultant Psychiatrist in general adult psychiatry in 1999 in London. In 2011 Hagen was appointed as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto and as Staff Psychiatrist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto. It was whilst working in Toronto that Hagen met Professor Zindel Segal who is one of the founders of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Hagen trained as a MBCT teacher and on returning to London, UK in 2014, he founded Mindfulness Healing. He teaches mindfulness in Mill Hill and sees clients at The Integrated Practice, 127 Harley Street and also via Zoom.
