I am a mindfulness teacher and a clinician.I trained as a General Practitioner both in the UK and in France.I have experience in mental health having spent three years on the Oxford rotational scheme in Psychiatry and been a Resident Medical Officer in the Royal Masonic Hospital Department of Psychiatry London.
I hold French post graduate certificates in psycho somatic medicine, health and migrations issues, and a diploma in Acupuncture .
My first encounter with mindfulness based interventions was a residential MBSR course organised by Bangor CMRP, UK .
I further trained mostly with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre where I did my foundationCourse, trained in MBCT-L and Mindfulness for Life, Taking it Further in the UK with Dr Christine Mirabel Sarron ( Consultant Psychiatrist CMME Hopital Sainte Anne Paris ) and Mrs Loretta Sala CMME Psychiatric Hospital Paris , France. They both are part of the ACCESSMBCT Advisory Committee .
I practice in the UK , in France and on line . I mostly provide one to one and group MBCT , MBCT-L and Mindfulness Taking it Further courses . I am trauma sensitive in all my approaches.
I am ACCESSMBCT, BAMBA (UK)registered and a Member of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre Teaching Partner Programme. I am on the committee of the Friends of Bangor CMRP .
