I am a CONSULTANT CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRIST who has worked within and across NHS, independent and non-profit sectors for nearly 40 years. My experience and responsibilities have encompassed clinical, academic, therapeutic, managerial and policy areas while working in national centres of excellence, specialist clinics and community-based outreach services. I have a highly developed vision of children’s needs, wishes and rights together with the skills to influence human, managerial and organizational systems towards providing better services for children, young people and their carers.
