Donald Fleck, MBA, LCSW-R, DCSW. Since 2001 Donald has been treating adults using mindful, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral methods. Donald trained at JBFCS, where he Introduced mindfulness as part of a treatment protocol for panic disorder. The National Association of Social Workers in 2007 awarded Donald the Diplomate in Clinical Social Work for advanced practice. Active in a sangha as member, facilitator (14 years), treasurer (10 years) and CareTakingCouncil member (7 years); For the time of Covid-19 is introducing Sangha Together, a way of meeting, walking, singing and stretching together, outdoors. Author of the book Working the Present, Bringing Mindfulness-Based Group Work into Individual Therapy (Endorsed by Zindel Segal, Ph.D.). Donald is a proud father and partner. He is active with mindfulness meditation, and is currently contemplating contentment.
