3-Day Women’s Retreat: Creating Room to Breathe

Join an eclectic group of women for a needed break from the hustle of taking care of others and just take care of YOU!

We will be practicing Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Parts Work, but we will be curating the weekend to fit specific needs of helpers.

What’s included…
– Cozy accommodation in the Shenandoah Valley for three nights, four days
– Breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by our on-site chef each day
– Daily meditations
– Parts Work exercises
– Guided hikes
– Time to rest, relax, and reflect – utilize the easy access to nature, the pool, hot tub and fire pit

Please note, transportation to and from the Shenandoah Valley is not provided.

Accommodation Details…
Each attendee will have their own bed, bathrooms are shared.

The following room types are available for this retreat…
Private Queen Room – a spacious room with queen bed for one attendee.​
Shared Double Room – a room with two double beds, shared by two attendees.
Shared Triple Room – a room with three double beds, shared by three attendees.
