OMF Annual Research Update

November 14, 2023 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm GMT

£50

Scientific theory and research are important underpinnings of MBCT. Effective teachers need to understand the evidence base in order to communicate with potential participants and other interested people about research evidence and the limitations of current knowledge. This annual update provides an informative summary of the latest research on mindfulness and MBCT that will help teachers appreciate the scientific foundations of their work and respond to questions from their participants and others.

The OMF provides Confirmation of Attendance letters to all participants who attend our events.
