Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace

The training explores the skills required to introduce mindfulness confidently in workplace settings and build a practice in the field. Succinct presentations on relevant theories and concepts are blended with opportunities for hands-on practice, experiential learning and real-world applications through case study simulations and real-world assignments.

The course is for experienced mindfulness teachers, who are teaching Mindfulness-Based Programmes in line with the UK Good Practice Guidelines and meet the criteria shown.

It takes place Friday mornings over two blocks of 6 sessions each 15th March – 15th November 2024:

Teaching Block 1: March 15th and 22nd (2 week break), April 12th, 19th, 26th and May 3rd.
Teaching Block 2: September 27th, October 4th, 11th and 18th (2 week break), November 8th and 15th.
Times: from 8:30am – 1:00pm with optional networking /practice from 8:00am to 8:30am.

This course is for mindfulness teachers who have successfully completed a trainer-led face-to-face or live-online Mindfulness Teacher Training Programme lasting at least 12 months, from a recognised Teacher Training Organisation and who meet all of the other entry requirements.
