Join Natasha Iregbu for an inspiring and practical session on fostering greater diversity, equity, and inclusion within the mindfulness and wellness space. Drawing from her personal wellbeing journey, Natasha offers actionable strategies for reducing barriers to access and making mindfulness more welcoming to all. This session will also include brief, reflective, and participatory activities designed to support a range of inclusive learning styles.
