CPD: How to Innovate Your Mindfulness Teaching

July 10, 2023 @ 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm BST

£10

ABOUT

In this special online session, Breathworks have the pleasure of welcoming Vin Harris, Co-founder of the Hart Knowe Trust and Innovation in Mindfulness Awards who will share tried-and-tested principles of innovation that can be applied to your teaching to reach those who will benefit from it most. We are offering this event at a base rate of £10, and are welcoming donations on top of that to help fund future mindfulness projects to help underserved communities.

Vin’s vision is to ‘help people help others’. As a judge on the Innovations in Mindfulness Awards he has a sharp eye on the newest innovations in the field, as well as ways that projects can be developed to their fullest potential.

It’s common for new and long-standing mindfulness teachers to struggle with knowing how to find their unique voice and spark inspiration for ways to innovate to reach more people. This can be a disheartening and lonely journey for those who are eager to be out there sharing their passions with others in the world.

In this session, Vin will present how you can ‘find your treasure’ and ‘share your treasure’ through reconnecting with the insights you discovered on your mindfulness journey, and discovering where your unique gifts will be valued most.

You will learn how to:

– Reconnect with your mindfulness vision and mission
– Identify where your treasure will make the most difference – people and places who will resonate with it most
– Develop simple yet effective steps to turn your aspiration into action

As well as laying down the framework for future innovations and impactful projects, the session will be an enriching opportunity to meet and connect with others like you looking to help the world with mindfulness.

COST

The price of the event is £10 which will go towards covering our costs. On top of that, we encourage donations to our charity to help fund future mindfulness projects for underserved communities (such as this one). You will be able to add your donation on the next booking page.

As this event is running at cost and at the good will of donations, it won’t be included on the Associates rate.
