Offering introductory mindfulness classes and individual consultation, as well as Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention specialty courses. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with all classes and consultation live and online as of April 2020. I am a licensed psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and practicing meditator with business consulting experience. I have been helping adults solve personal and work-related problems from an integrative perspective for over 30 years. I have special expertise in treating addictions, mood disorders, and unmanaged stress. I approach the teaching of mindfulness in a secular, down-to-earth way, to help you improve and maintain your cognitive function, physical health, emotional well-being, interpersonal effectiveness, and spiritual connection.
