I believe in connection. I believe our well-being is an integration of the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions that are interconnected—none of these things can stand alone. Similarly, we are connected to each other in profound ways, and who we are has an impact on others, just as others have an impact on us. It is essential that we are deeply connected to who we are, so we connect to our world with integrity and authenticity. Aside from being raised in an Eastern culture with mindful philosophies, I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's 2 year long program. I am also a trained-teacher in Mindful Self-Compassion from the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. I have learned meditation practices of breath, body, thoughts emotions, kindness, compassion, pain, fear, forgiveness, and much more. A multicultural focus, with diversity and equity are inherent in my approach, and I have lived and practiced in the West, as well as Asia. I am passionate about helping people cultivate practices that support them in achieving a higher self-awareness, leading them on a road to happiness.
