DESCRIPTION:This mindfulness course supports learning how to respond more consciously to the pace and pressures of everyday life. Rooted in ancient contemplative traditions and informed by contemporary research in neuroscience\, psychology\, and mind–body medicine it offers a practical and experiential approach to mindfulness. \nThrough the course\, you’ll develop a clearer understanding of your inner patterns\, learning to observe thoughts\, emotions\, and reactions with greater gentleness and curiosity. You’ll explore ways of caring for yourself more skilfully and be introduced to a range of practical tools that support inner steadiness\, clarity and moments of ease. \nThe course is suitable for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen an existing meditation practice. It is gently and caringly guided by Helen\, a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher\, certified in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. \nIt is offered in-person\, in Auroville (Tamil Nadu\, India) with daily sessions from 7.30am-9.30am Mon-Fri and 9.30am -12.30pm Sunday.
