Weekly opportunity to learn how to practice Mindfulness Meditation. A great way for beginners to get a taste of what Mindfulness is all about, or for experienced practitioners to learn new skills. Each week I will introduce a Mindfulness skill and then you will have an opportunity to practice that skill in a guided meditation.
