Year-Long Mindfulness for Educators Online Program

This program is open to anyone working in schools interested in deepening their own mindfulness practice, sharing mindfulness and self-compassion with students, and growing a culture of mindfulness in their school.
The course runs from Sept 2022 – June 2023. All sessions are offered online via zoom and all curriculum, materials, and content is hosted through a web-based service. Particpants will learn how to integrate mindfulness and self-compassion into the curriculum for both you and students through monthly lessons, interviews from leading experts, and opporunity for retreats.
The program starts and ends with retreats and throughout the year their are weekly meetings that integrate personal practice, small cohort groups and large group connections.
Themes explored: emobided teaching, trauma-sensitive teaching, self-compassion, creating the container, mindfulness as an intervention and inclusivity and diversity.
