WORKSHOP | Self-Compassion

An introductory workshop that will help you to learn the skills of self-compassion so you can react to challenges with kindness. Self-compassion is central to mindfulness, allowing us to reduce self-criticism and judgement so that we feel connected rather than lonely or isolated.
The workshop will be experiential, including guided meditations and exercises, discussion and theory.
