WORKSHOP | Mindfulness for the Female Cycle

The menstrual cycle can play a significant role in our physical and mental wellbeing. When we tune into the phases of our cycle, we can navigate each stage with greater ease and awareness.
This workshop will introduce the key skills of mindfulness in relation to the female cycle, allowing us to practice greater self-care and to better regulate our emotions and energy levels.
The workshop has been created for anyone that is menstruating or experiencing cyclical hormonal changes regardless of gender identity. No previous mindfulness experience is required.
