WORKSHOP | Mindful Movement: Dance into Stillness

Join us for a two-hour introductory workshop exploring 5Rhythms dance as a complementary practice for more traditional mindfulness meditation.
Led by Meredith Davies and David Juriansz, the workshop will explore the language and core principles of 5Rhythms as well as guiding participants through two of 5Rhythms Waves.
The workshop offers a non-judgemental space where people can move freely and connect with fellow mindfulness practitioners through the medium of movement to help develop a greater sense of self awareness.
The workshop is suitable for beginners and is open to everyone. You do not need to ‘know how to dance’ as the workshop is about exploring our own instinctive and unique rhythm.
