When practices get stale or we feel unmotivated, a group is a wonderful way to bring us back.
A non-judgmental, welcoming, friendly community gathers to refresh mid-day so we may return to work with more patience, alertness, and resilience.
This class is best for those who are taking a mid-day work break, who are total beginners or seasoned meditators.
