Join me in a 30 min. weekly meditation experience. This is a drop in class where I invite you to check in with yourself and name what you are needing. Do you wish for a pause, some energizing, a deeper relaxation or settling for your mind or heart? I create the class meditation in the moment, based on your requests and often add some poetry as well. This group started in March of 2020 to replace my in person meditations in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is a light-hearted, inviting space to show up just as you are.
