This retreat and inspiration is intended for all people who want to remain silent in a group (max. 28 participants), have a digital detox, conduct mindful dialogues, process changes, and collect energy for the coming time. We follow a calm, clear structure that leads you to relaxation and offers space for everything that arises.
The retreat is led by one or two experienced mindfulness facilitators. This allows you to also have individual conversations in addition to the group practices. All weekend retreats will have a slightly different focus.
