The Power of Practice Mindfulness Retreat
November 20, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm GMT
An Enlightening Half-Day Retreat With Neil Seligman
It is my pleasure to announce my very last retreat of 2022! This will be a 3-hour online session designed to offer an in-depth experience of long-form mindfulness practice, discussion ranging from the basics to the more spiritual elements of meditation and access to aspects of the teachings that are less easy to communicate in short classes and trainings.
Within the generous flow of the retreat there will be time for your reflections, questions, and shares. (Do note though – no sharing is required if you prefer to travel silently through).
Each retreat has limited spaces.
I very much hope you can join me!
