THE MINDFUL JOURNEY PRESENTS A FREE MINDFULNESS SERIES

Join Christine 11am-noon on the 3rd Sunday of the month at Tula Hot Yoga Denver as she guides you in meditation and teaches you techniques you can use every day​ to quiet the mind, calm the body,
and manage emotions for a happier life.​

This is a 3-session series. You can register for any or all of them. You do need to register for each date separately.
