Taking it Further: Follow-On 8-Week Mindfulness Online Course

This Follow-On 8-week Mindfulness Course is suitable as the next step after completing your initial mindfulness eight-week course.

Dates: Sundays, 5th Feb. 2023 to 26th March 2023(ends)
Time: 11.00 to 13.15 (135 mins)

Led by Dr Avinash Bansode (Mindfulness teacher, trainer and supervisor)

This course is for all those at an early stage in developing mindfulness. Still, it is also appropriate for those who want to support their ongoing development in mindfulness and take their practice, understanding and experience further.

This new Follow-On course will help you to:
Deepen and consolidate your mindfulness practice.
Broaden the learning from your previous 8-week curriculum
Support you in applying all that is learned to your everyday life.
Provide you with a community platform.
Develop your capacity and confidence to deepen and extend learning.

How your course will go…
The course consists of 8 weekly 135mins sessions, plus a day retreat. We look at mindful communication, cognitive theory, and practices. We also cover how to build and maintain a regular mindfulness practice. A manual, as well as guided meditations for home practice, are also provided. And at the end of the course, we provide a signed certificate of attendance that can be used for further courses or your CPD training at work.

In just eight weeks, Avinash will provide and revisit the core skills necessary to build a solid mindfulness practice that can help to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
In the sessions, Avinash will explain the core principles of mindfulness. He’ll lead practices and discussions to help participants develop their skills. As well as offering tools and advice on maintaining their practice.

The retreat is immersive and expands on the weekly sessions! The retreat reinforces the skills and techniques covered. It also introduces new ones to give you a foundation for continuing your practice.

Because of the intensive, collaborative nature of the course, we keep each course cohort small.
