Do you want to make a change in your life, but are feeling stuck?

Whether you want to improve your health, start that creative project, stop an unhealthy habit or start a new one to support your well-being, or figure out what’s next in your life…

Over these six weeks you will learn powerful mind-body tools for change and accompanying embodied practices that will jumpstart you toward your goals and what matters most.

My goal over these six weeks is to help you move from stuck to empowered so that you can feel the power of momentum, overcome inertia and move toward what you most deeply want, and what will bring greater well-being into your life.

To learn more, follow the link below. The class begins Monday February 3rd at 5:30 pm ET and meets weekly. This will be a small, group coaching class combining some teaching/learning, meditations and embodied practices, writing exercises and group sharing/interaction.
