An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday and Saturday, repeating until December 31, 2021
Join our virtual meditation group Remember to Breathe to share in weekly live online guided mindfulness meditation practice as part of a community of friendly hearts and minds making mindfulness a healthy habit.
A typical session consists of a 25-minute guided meditation, mindfulness poetry, and an optional time for Q&A & discussion.

This group is open to everyone including:
• Graduates of an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, the 6-week Mindfulness for Stress Relief program, or any introductory mindfulness training.
• People with an existing meditation practice looking for a community of practitioners.
• Anyone who once had a meditation practice and would like to renew it.
• Newcomers to the benefits of mindfulness who are committed to developing and maintaining a consistent meditation practice.
