Ready to make mindfulness a way of life?
Join our live online mindfulness learning & practice group Remember to Breathe. Share in weekly mindfulness lessons and online guided meditation practice as part of a community of friendly hearts and minds making mindfulness a healthy habit. Your guide is Madeline Ebelini, MA certified mindfulness teacher and founder of IntegrativeMindfulness.net

Be part of our virtual mindfulness community for only $20 per month ($5 per session). We meet every Monday via Zoom from 7 – 8 pm ET.
A typical session consists of a mindful “check-in”, a mini mindfulness lesson, some simple mindful movement (seated), a 25 minute guided mindfulness meditation practice, and a time for questions, discussion, and community sharing. You will not disturb anyone if you need to leave early. All sessions are recorded (both audio and video) and housed in our password-protected website so you always have access to past sessions.

This group is ideal for: • Graduates of an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, the 6-week Mindfulness for Stress Relief program, or any introductory mindfulness training. Current participants also welcome. • People with an existing meditation practice looking for a community of practitioners. • Anyone who once had a meditation practice and would like to renew it. • Newcomers to the benefits of mindfulness who are committed to developing and maintaining a consistent meditation practice.
