Join Cheryl Brause weekdays, Monday – Thursday, at 4:30 pm ET, for a 30-Minute Guided Meditation. Take a breath each day and join Cheryl as she introduces a daily teaching and then gently guides you through a relaxing and restorative meditation. Come feel the power of group practice and learn something new! This is a great way to start a daily meditation practice or reboot your practice and commit to sit each day with a beautiful community of meditators. All levels of experience are welcome!
