ONLINE WORKSHOP | Mindfulness for Sleep

Sleep is essential to our wellbeing and function. This workshop explores the connection between sleep and stress with the help of sleep scientist, chronobiologist and mindfulness practitioner Dr. Katharina Lederle. Participants will be introduced to some key Mindfulness and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills to help reduce patterns of worry and develop healthy habits that improve sleep quality.
