ONLINE WORKSHOP | Mindfully Drifting Into Sleep

Stress, anxiety and the busyness of busy day-to-day life can leave us finding it hard to fall asleep at night. As a consequence, we may find ourselves wrestling with the mind and body, trying to get to sleep. In turn, this can create a pattern of worry and rumination around sleep and bedtime.
This two-hour workshop with sleep scientist Dr Katherina Lederle, will explore how to mindfully observe such thoughts, putting an end to any struggle and replacing it with a sense of calm.
