ONLINE RETREAT | Full-Day Mindful Self-Compassion

Take a breather from everyday life and join us for an online self-compassion focused retreat day. Whether you’re currently practicing mindfulness or looking to reignite your practice, this is an invitation to set aside some time to practise self-care, allowing us to be more present and compassionate to those around us.
This retreat is open to those that have completed an 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course, or have a longstanding self-compassion meditation practice.
