Take a breather from everyday life and join us for an online day retreat. Whether you’re currently practicing mindfulness or looking to reignite your practice, this is an invitation to set aside some time to practise self-care, allowing us to be more present and compassionate to those around us.
This retreat is open to those that have completed an 8-week mindfulness course or have a longstanding meditation practice.
