An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until January 4, 2022
Join our regular Tuesday lunchtime meditation class, taking time out amidst our busy lives to recharge our batteries.
The class will consist of a guided meditation practice and the opportunity to connect with other like-minded mindfulness individuals from the comfort of your own home.
For those that are new to mindfulness, we recommend attending an eight-week course, such as the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), or one of our introductory sessions before joining this meditation.
