Online Meditation – Thursday Evenings | 50-minutes

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 3, 2021

Designed for those that have completed an 8-week mindfulness course or have a recurrent mindfulness practice, this weekly class offers an opportunity to practise with like-minded people on a regular basis. The class includes a guided meditation with time for group reflection.
This class is run on a sliding scale/donation basis. If you are not earning or your financial circumstances mean you are unable to offer a donation currently, then you are still more than welcome to join.
