ONLINE MASTERCLASS | Mindful Breathing: Taking the ‘Work’ Out of Breath-work

Breathing exercises are often used to support stress management, however the self-control of breathwork can in fact cause a level of stress.
During this with part-educational, part-experiential masterclass, author and psychologist Dr. Pavel Somov will explore control-free, acceptance-focused breath-work approaches.
In offering an alternative to control-focused breath-work, participants will learn to take the ‘work’ out of breath-work to focus on natural breathing as a central point for mindfulness.
