ONLINE COURSE | 8-Week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme is recognised as one of the most established mindfulness courses in the world and is an ideal entry point into mindfulness practice.
Scientifically proven to help people to manage stress, anxiety and depression, the course will be taught online via eight evening sessions and a full-day retreat. The course combines guided meditation, group discussion and individually tailored instructions, as well as home assignments.
DATES: 14. February – 11. April BREAK: 7. March
ONLINE RETREAT DAY: Sunday 26. March, 10.15am-4.15pm BST
The retreat day is also held online. If you are unable to attend the retreat day, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org prior to booking as we may be able to offer an alternative option.
