ONLINE COURSE | 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

September 16, 2024 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm BST

£325

Research has proven that when we increase self-compassion it leads to greater emotional wellbeing and resilience, as well as reduced anxiety and/or depression. Self-compassion can support those working to develop healthy habits, including diet and exercise, and enable us to build stronger relationships with those around us.

This heartfelt, nurturing course challenges the inner self-critic and ingrained perfectionism by focusing on the practices and principles of self-compassion. Throughout the course participants will learn to cultivate self-compassion to create an overall sense of self-love and care.

This course is suitable for beginners or as a follow-on from the 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or 8-Week Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) courses.

Full details are available on The Mindfulness Project’s website.
