ONLINE COURSE | 8-Week Mindful Eating

The 8-Week Mindful Eating Course has been developed to facilitate greater understanding of the challenges around eating in a nurturing and compassionate way. Through a variety of mindfulness practices, including mindful eating, movement, self-kindness and guided meditation, participants can gain a stronger relationship and connection with their bodies, as well as practical skills to enable self-regulation.
No prior mindfulness experience or knowledge is required.
