The 8-Week Mindful Eating course has been developed to facilitate greater understanding of the challenges around eating in a nurturing and compassionate way. Through a variety of mindfulness practices, including mindful eating, movement, self-kindness and guided meditation, participants can gain a stronger relationship and connection with their bodies, as well as practical skills to enable self-regulation.
DATES: 7. February- 28. March
ONLINE RETREAT DAY: Sunday. 26. March, 10.30am-2.30pm BST
No prior mindfulness experience or knowledge is required.
