ONLINE COURSE | 6-Week Finding Peace in a Frantic World

The 6-Week Finding Peace in a Frantic World course is an introductory course offering a foundation in mindfulness practice. The course is based on traditional 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes, but with the key learning points and practices distilled into a shorter format.

The course is made up of six 1.5-hour sessions and includes 20-minutes of home practice each day. Through guided meditations, group dialogue, tailored instructions and home assignments, participants will learn the essential principles of mindfulness, as well as techniques to enable longstanding practice beyond the course.

The Mindfulness Project has been offering mindfulness courses in our London (UK) space since 2014, and offering online mindfulness courses since 2016. Our vision has always been to create an innovative platform for sharing mindfulness with as many people as possible. By offering a secular and evidence-based approach, we hope to teach our audience what meditation is and help make learning mindfulness meditation more accessible and relatable to a mainstream audience while keeping it real and meaningful.
