ONLINE COURSE | 4-Week Mindful Journaling – Purposeful New Year’s Resolutions

Journaling is a powerful practice which can help us to create long-term change and to delve deeper into our experiences of the world. It can also enable us to set mindful intentions for the future and to make choices that will support our wellbeing.
This 4-Week course will explore how we can use journaling to explore a range of mindfulness values including awareness, compassion, self-care and equanimity. It has been developed to help us create and maintain new year’s resolutions that will support us throughout the year and beyond.
The course includes mindfulness practice, journaling exercises, group discussion and reflection. Mindfulness experience is not required, but very welcome.
