ONLINE COURSE | 12-Week Taking Mindfulness Further Course

Developed at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, the 12-Week Taking It Further Course has been created for those that have completed an introductory course and would like to deepen or reconnect with their practice in a meaningful way. Weekly two-hour sessions will enable participants to further their experience with the guidance of a teacher and support of fellow meditators, to cultivate a more profound sense of kindness, happiness and compassion.
This course is open to those that have attended an 8-Week Mindfulness Course, either at The Mindfulness Project or elsewhere. If you have learnt meditation in other ways, please contact us to ensure the course is a good fit before signing up.
DATES: 4. January – 22. March
