Embody clarity and confidence. Take the pressure off and BE. Imagine feeling so solid in yourself that you are unshakable in the face of challenges and uncertainty along your path. As a collective, we’ve been swept up in a global swirl of uncertainty, only compounding a sense of being on guard, hyper-vigilant, and over-activating our primitive response daily. This habitual way of being has left many of us wired AND exhausted. As individuals, we face our inner and outer worlds of chaos and change everyday… standing between what is known and unknown as we navigate the NOW. This in between has had a significant impact on our sense of stability and sense of connection to others and ourself. By reconnecting with the inner workings of our mind and body, we can find a wellspring of peace and harmony at any time.

Join me for four consecutive weeks, we will meet 1:1 for 60 minutes during which time I will guide you through one-on-one hypnotherapy and coaching to reestablish a deeper connection to that still space within in order to feel a greater sense of ease and stability in your daily life.

This 4-week program will offer you tools for managing anxiety, fear, and stress in the face of the unknown. After the 4 sessions, you will have the opportunity to work with me at a discounted rate in a highly specialized one-on-one 12-week container for reinforcing the stability and ease in order to clearly and confidently manifest your desires.
