Mindfullybeing offers mindfulness training in a clear and playful environment that helps you develop skills to improve work-life balance.

About this event:
For all participants intending to train in mindfulness, we are offering a complimentary Taster Session on the first Monday of each month. Before you embark on the course we have found it essential;
to explore what mindfulness is and isn’t,
how mindfulness works and the benefits of training,
to raise awareness about mindfulness-based approaches,
to orientate participants as to what the course offers,
for you to assess the expectations of the course and its suitability at this point in your life

Monday Tasters are open to everyone interested in mindfulness-based wellbeing.
You can attend our Online session and meet our teacher and other potential participants for further online training.
The Taster session lasts for two hours with a short break in-between. Upon completion of Taster, having understood what is involved in the training, you can enrol and register your name. The training usually follows a week after the taster session.
