MINDFULNESS SHORT INTRODUCTORY COURSE

In this six-week course, we will guide the participants through the basic principles of mindfulness training.
Themes will include; getting more in touch with the body and the senses, the benefit of suspending judgments and learning how to manage thoughts, moods, and emotions.
This course is designed primarily for people new to mindfulness who may not feel ready to commit to the longer and more detailed MBCT for Life course.
As the emphasis of this shorter course will be on formal meditation practice, more experienced practitioners could also find it beneficial as a refresher.
