Mindfulness + Self-Compassion (online)

6-week Mindfulness + Self-Compassion (M+SC) program, beginning Saturday January 30, 2021 from 10am – noon (online, HIPAA-protected Zoom).
Classes are limited to 25 participants. The six classes are on: January 30, February 6, 13, 20, 27, and March 6, 2021.
This program begins by learning to feel and focus on our own breathing and body sensations.
You’ll learn practices that cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion and kindness, resilience,
emotional intelligence, happiness, and a sense of shared humanity – for leading a healthy,
connected, happy and productive life.This course is open to anyone new to mindfulness
and self-compassion, and also those who are experienced practitioners.
