(Suitable for Beginners & Infrequent Meditators, also for those who have NOT yet completed the MBSR 8 week Mindfulness Course)
Give yourself a Full day of guided practice on this Mindfulness Retreat, dedicated to your well-being. Enjoy some peace and calm, as you practice the skills of Mindfulness, in a beautiful private yoga studio beside the beautiful Donaghmore beach in North Wexford.
This retreat is suitable for you if:
Are feeling overwhelmed and stressed and need a day to replenish your energy
Are curios about the practice of Mindfulness & meditation and want to know more
Have some mindfulness experience, but want an opportunity to explore the practices further
Have a practice, but find it difficult to commit
Would like some expert guidance and support
Want to practice in the presence of others
Want to take some time out to nurture yourself
(Limited places available as the group is kept small to enhance your experience / Max 12 people)
This retreat is designed as a day for those, who want to explore what it feels like to immerse yourself in the practice of Mindfulness. It is an opportunity to be in silence and practice in the company of others.
If you are curios about mindfulness, or you meditate and your meditation practice is off and on, then this day is an excellent way to support, re-ignite or kickstart your practice.
You will be fully guided throughout the day by Professional MBSR Mindfulness Stress Reduction Instructor Una Keeley.
*Certificate of Completion: A Certificate of Completion is available on request, for any professionals who may be taking this retreat. The certificate includes CPD hours. (CPD Continued Professional Development hours)
