Mindfulness Mornings w/Dale

An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, repeating until December 24, 2022
This series of mindfulness sessions is held at 6:55am – 7:30am US Eastern Daylight Time Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays on Zoom. This is an opportunity to practice mindfulness in community. The agenda is roughly: 2 minutes of arrival meditation, 5-7 minutes of listening to an offering (open source podcast or reading), 15 minutes of lightly guided body and breath meditation and concluding with a compassion meditation. Dale will stay on after 7:30am if anyone wants to share about their experience or whatever they need to share about in a safe atmosphere of non-advice giving, compassionate listening, and anonymity.
